Davis Physical Therapy has provided me with personal training assistance since early 2024. My initial purpose of personal training was preparation for climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, which I did successfully later in the year. Over time it became apparent that Alaina’s training sessions were helping in many areas; flexibility, core strength, and reduced back pain. Even my downhill skiing was easier and more enjoyable due to increased strength from the training sessions. Davis Physical Therapy is highly recommended!
